Customers have the right to cancel their subscription at any time after subscribing without needing to meet any requirements for eligibility. To unsubscribe, please log in to your personal account and click on the "Cancel Subscription" button located on the Billing page at the top right corner of the page. If you are unable to find the unsubscribe option, please click here to perform the cancellation. Once the unsubscribe process is successful, we will notify you via email. Please keep an eye out for our email.
A refund can be issued if a plan is canceled before the billing period ends and if the service has not been used or executed. To the extent permitted by law, if a service has been executed during the billing period, no refund will be given for that billing period.
If you have not used the service and have complied with the terms, you may request a refund from our customer service team within 14 days of the transaction date. All refunds will be credited to your original payment method. If you paid with a credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to your issuing bank within 7-10 business days after receiving your return or cancellation request. If you have any questions, please contact your issuing bank to find out when the credit will be applied to your account.
